Jurisdiction
The Quality Review Branch is responsible for monitoring compliance with time frames in civil cases, calendaring of events in civil cases, including landlord and tenant and small claims jury cases, and managing courtroom staffing and operations. The branch is also responsible for preparing and entering defaults, denials of defaults, dismissals pursuant to Rules 4(m), 4(o), and 41(B), and other related duties.
